I commonly do a large variety of porjects becasue I have many skills aqquired as an apprentice through many differnt influences's with many different backgrounds which makes me well rounded, and I understand the codes, regulations and building methodology in order to get the best results for my customers. I hired Lukas to repair a wooden picket fence and pedestrian gate. Lukas was nice, communicative, and professional from start to finish. When he came to assess the work needing to be done, he provided me with an estimate and discussed labor and material costs and an estimate of how long everything might take. His pricing was more than fair and his estimates on costs and timing were accurate. No surprises. I would recommend Lukas (and I have) to my friends and family without reservation for handyman jobs. Hi hired Lukas and Nick to repair and paint the exterior awning and gutters and decks from a dark brown to white. Lukas rehabilitated the whole front of our 2 story house, fixing grossly chipped paint, redoing labor intensive windows, and undoing all the weather wear from the last 15 years. He treated the house as if it was his own with a fine eye for detail. Work was top quality and he is especially great to work with, very professional and up front with no surprises. Will use him again soon no question for our next phase of house rehab.
