"Woke up this morning and the toilette would not flush and the shower/tub was backed up. Called two plumbing services but only one could make it before 2pm and I have work at 3. The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. "Two service Techs, Daniel and Kevin, came by the same day i called regarding a clogged sewer line. They were very pleasant and personable which put me immediately at ease. They performed an inspection and showed me a live video feed of my sewer line, indicating where the roots were growing in that caused the clogging. 
They recommended hydrojetting due to the size of sewer, and scheduled a visit the following day.  The next day the same techs came by and cleaned out the sewer line via hydrojetting. Afterwards they did another video inspection and showed me their results. They were professional, communicative, clean, and very pleasant to deal with.
