"We went to their office in San Jose (hard to find, but we didn't give up, because we had them install a sliding door several years ago and we liked it).  We looked at their present products and made an appointment for them to measure our windows.  The man came at the appointed time,  was very friendly and helpful and measured all the windows and sliding door.  After approximately 6 weeks they called and made an appointment for  installation.  Three men came in 2 trucks with all the materials and equipment needed.  A fourth man came later and they were finished by mid-afternoon.  We had one windowsill that had dry rot that was so bad that we needed a 2X4 replaced.  They placed the window in and didn't seal it all the way.  We got a man to take the sheetrock out and do the necessary repairs and Brothers came back and sealed up the window and put a sill in.  They cleaned up after themselves very well and did a good job on the installation.

At first rain the window leaked from one of the screws in the inside top of the frame; I called Roxy and they sent someone out to caulk that screw. At the next rain the another screw leaked so I went ahead and caulked all the screws. Could be a flashing or other wall issue... Otherwise window has performed well over the last year."
