For our cleaning process, Gary or Peter will measure and inspect your window coverings providing a free estimate. If you should choose to move forward, we would remove your blinds, bring them to our plant-where we do our cleaning-and return them to you for re-installation! As for repairs, some can be done on site, but we usually have the resources back at in our shop at home to repair some other blinds. Frequently work with Hunter Douglas products and can usually have them repaired without sending them to manufacturer.
