Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Oh course first thing Father's day morning my sink clogged and I had to get plumbing done. On a holiday they came out quickly Hector and his apprentice Jonathan were extremely professional, polite, quiet, and clean. My son was sleeping the whole time. Just by their costumer service alone I recommend them . If even need help again I'll be calling them back.

Discount plumbing is the best plumbing coming I have ever hired, first off they are punctual they tell you 8am-10am and they will arrive by 8am! They clean as they go, and yes mostly men!! (Joke) haha they are pretty quick, they don't try to tell you so bs that everything needs to be replaced, it's get to your place, get it done, and go to the next customer! Ask for Hector he is the best!.

Sewer Main Clearing
I called discount plumbing to come out and troubleshoot a system block. They recommended that I install clean-outs to flush the system. I proceeded and after they dug the trench and installed the clean outs they suggested sleeving. With the trench opened, they gave me a quote of over $17K for sleeving. I opted to pursue other sleeving options and paid for the quote of $4500 even though the work was only partially completed. Long story short, I elected to finish the work with Anderson Plumbing. Discount plumbing was triple the amount of nearly every other quote of which I got many. The reason I'm writing this review is to share MOST IMPORTANTLY that they only offered $500 back with only half the work completed since I paid in advance. The sales manager said the reason is because "typically they don't like to offer more than $500 back." If your job was 11K that would be a disgusting insult. Do yourself a favor and choose a company that actually cares.

The contractor was very responsive. He was always on time. I would have given him five stars, however it took him three visits to have the water leak completely fixed.

Discount Plumbing responded quickly and had someone at our home within three hours of our speaking with them. The repairman arrived within the stated time slot which was of an hour duration. Mario was an excellent technician, honest, and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone living in the Redwood Shores, San Carlos, and Menlo Park areas. He was most professional. My only small negative is that I felt the price for the repairs was a bit high but their service made up for it. How often can you call regarding three plumbing emergencies and have them all repaired the same day!

I needed 3 toilets and installation. Omar came to to my home to see and give me an estimate. We found great priced and quality toilets on his i-pad. The cost for the toilets and labor to install them was very reasonable. When he installed them he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions. He was very pleasant. Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
My home buyer agent introduced Discount Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to me to fix the sump pump before to have the property closing purchasing. I made a huge mistake to trust the company and paid the asking price $3700 for the installation of sump pump under the house for the ground water. Later, I have found out the cost of installation sump pump is between $677-$1587 on the HomeAdvisor website. The low cost is $300 and high is $2600. The pump costs about $400 to $600. I feel unbelievable and ripped off to pay $3700 for a sump pump installation for somebody thinks it is a reliable company.
