"Fog City called Thursday night for a Saturday move and advised the time frame for pickup and drop off.  The window in both cases was one hour, a pleasant surprise, because sometimes people will tell you a four hour window and then you're stuck waiting.
They arrived at the pickup location in San Carlos early, which cause some scrambling on my part!   Next time I'll know that they are punctual.  They picked up the piano and transported it to San Francisco with an intermediate stop for another customer, arriving in San Francisco ahead of schedule, however this time we were ready for them.
They carefully and professionally maneuvered the piano up two long flights of stairs into a third floor condominium and were exceedingly polite and helpful to everyone, including the other tenants.    I would certainly use them again, and am happy to recommend them to Angie's list subscribers.

The estimator was very experienced and was able to give an accurate estimate for the volume, number of movers, and overall cost based on all the factors of the homes (stairs, etc.). The movers came and attached scannable codes to every item and box and moved everything with care and precision. We found the whole company to be very professional, helpful, and nice.
