"I really don't like that much, but it's okay. I just think that the contract is too long for what they offer. All of their equipment is falling off the wall, it's like you install it yourself. Then I get an alarm on the garage door that says it is closed. It was open and had a delay on it. It's like sometimes they have to return to make sure that it closed because they figure the garage door was left open, but I did close it before I left. Several minutes later they come back saying it was closed. and then I got a message saying my garage door was left open."

The girl I spoke with was very explicit and gave me all of the information I needed to compare them to other security companies. I did not go with them simply because I didn't care for the way it would be connected to my existing box. It is simply a matter of preference. I would recommend them to anyone. They are strictly DIY and I didn't want to take on the job.
