He ensured that protective drop cloths were used (daily before work and collected after work) along with daily cleanup - not easy, especially on a second floor project. "Dave was very easy to work with and was very accommodating when it came to making changes on different things. The concept of quoting the project (ours was a complete gut and remodel) and including "budget numbers in each area, was very helpful. This gave us the cost on average for good items. However, if we wanted something else or wanted to buy our own materials, he had no problems letting us do that and spend what we felt we needed and he just subtracted the budget amount for the materials. I thought that was cool because I am a person who likes to shop for bargains but want quality and he had no problem letting me buy any material we needed. He also some very good specialist that he uses. The Tile guy and his cabinet maker both do beautiful and exceptional quality and work. The comments we get on the tile and cabinets are endless.
