"Response from this service pro was fast and excellent. I was contacted promptly and he and his wife came and completed the work going above and beyond what I hoped for. When something couldn't be repaired a workable alternative was found. They were thoughtful and polite and more than able to get the work done. I will work with them again. The only reason I did not give five stars was that after replacing and installing one new window blind they didn't take the old one for disposal but left it for me to do.
