He gave me a price to remove my old flooring, repair some of the sub floor and install the new oak flooring which was supplied by me. He said it would take 2 1/2 days to complete and he could start on Wednesday. He arrived on time everyday and completed the job as promised. He and his helper were very polite and did an excellent job. I am pleased with the outcome and would use Martinez again."
