"It went great. Eddie asked several questions to make sure we were on the same page. He made a few suggestions and got to work. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms and wall switches. He arrived early and was done by early afternoon. Eddie did a great job. So I asked him to install pot lights and connect to an existing switch in my kitchen. Again he did a great job. I asked Eddie to return next month to install lighting in my patio area. Thanks Eddie."

I was especially impressed with their electrical knowledge and ability to handle a complicated panel installation at my house. While installing the new panel, I happened to mentioned that I didn't have an exterior plug for my Christmas lights and they were able to install one exactly where I wanted it without any damage to the exterior of my house. There were a few other handyman issues around my house that they either had someone come out and take care of themselves or referred me to another capable company, which was extremely helpful considering I don't have a lot of time to research contractors. I am looking to get a Tesla in the near future and will absolutely be hiring Western Sunset to install the charger in my garage. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. "Scott and his associate showed up on time and assessed the job and gave me the price and details on what would be involved. Because the living room wall is shared with the garage they were able to cut into the sheetrock thru the garage side and I didn't need to touch up any paint on the interior side. Additionally, a ceiling fan was installed."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead.
