"Scott and his associate showed up on time and assessed the job and gave me the price and details on what would be involved. Because the living room wall is shared with the garage they were able to cut into the sheetrock thru the garage side and I didn't need to touch up any paint on the interior side. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation.
