In addition, they removed two old security systems and installed a new outdoor electrical outlet. They responding to my request for a bid quickly and completed the work within less than a week of my request. I would definitely hire them again."

"It went great. Eddie asked several questions to make sure we were on the same page. He made a few suggestions and got to work. He installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms and wall switches. He arrived early and was done by early afternoon. Eddie did a great job. So I asked him to install pot lights and connect to an existing switch in my kitchen. Again he did a great job. I asked Eddie to return next month to install lighting in my patio area. Thanks Eddie."

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"We truly love Best Builders Group! We had a wonderful time during the remodeling work that they did at our house and we highly recommend this company! Zohar was able to deliver everything he promise and even more. We originally hired them to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom on top of few other tasks around the house. One of our friend is an interior designer by profession and she joined us and helped on the design of our new stunning kitchen, brand new cabinets, new hardware, paint, counter tops and more. He showed up right on time, and even went to Home Depot for a new and better fixture and bulb in place of the old one I had. He did the job in almost no time...and he's a nice guy to boot. "Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
