Workers left holes in eves after installing two exterior outlets for AC units, stepped through and into the ceiling, did not mention anything until I brought it to the supervising installers attention (repaired by Kent, no cost), installers left without confirming nor showing how to enable them outlets installed have no power.

I was called by an assistant and I described the very basic job I needed completed. I was told I would be contacted with cost and scheduling but this never happened. I guess the company doesn't need business. I hired another company to complete the assignment!

They were professional, absolutely understanding about wearing masks initially (it was an outdoor job, but I needed us both to be wearing masks during the explanation), and the work was done quickly. They even strung the light for me! We will use them again, and we have already recommended them to several neighbors.

Earl was great, it was raining hard for San Diego standards and gave me a call that he would be a little late. Once he was here he took his time to understand what the problem was and help us uncover 3 issues that we were having with one of them being a potential fire hazard. I would definitely recommend his work for anyone needing help with electrical issues. Thank you for your service to our country as well!
