"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"My doors did not have a molding piece that held the glass in, it was a solid door surrounding the glass..so they had to cut into the door, to replace the glass.  They had to improvise on the molding pieces which took an extra two days to complete.  After it was completed I was happy to see that the door looks great and I can see out of my new glass...no more hazy views out my windows!!  Alex and  his crew were very knowledgeable, and courteous.  They reassured me that the outcome of my door would be great, even though I had some doubts during the job....I found Alex to be honest, empathetic and eager to do the job right the first time and to make his customers happy.  Thank you!
