"I truly regret hiring HavenHub for my backyard project. After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."

After reviewing all the quotes that i've got from other companies I called hunter back and told him unless he could Beat the competitor's price I was going to have to go with them instead of AGL. Hunter came back in the evening and gave me a price lower than the competitors. I was super happy although I told him the competitor would also do landscaping and running a waterline. They showed up they put in the water line they put in the turf and they spread multure around their plants. After the 1st week had gone behind me if you got hit with heavy rains and our whole back. Patio flooded because they did not foresee putting in drains other than the one that the concrete contractors put in. When I call them on this matter they just ignored me. I had called them multiple times to come out to look at the turf after the rain as it had been discolored. I also had my sprinkler valve blow apart in the middle of the week flooding my backyard when I called them and asked them if they would come. Out and fix it and take a look at it. I got strong along again. I have contacted hunter and his Foreman more than 6 times. All telling me they would be in the area on Saturday. But no one showed up, no phone call or contact, when i called hu yer said his Forman was busy but woud make it out this coming Saturday....but nothing then it was next Saturday, the next Saturday, oh the next Saturday nobody has showed up. My turf looks like crap and the customer service is absolute garbage. They do not stand behind their word or their product. At this point I am almost ready to have it torn out and redone completely, again. WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!"
