Artificial Grass Turf Company

I got a quote from AGL and had hunter come out and give me a quote. After reviewing all the quotes that i've got from other companies I called hunter back and told him unless he could Beat the competitor's price I was going to have to go with them instead of AGL. Hunter came back in the evening and gave me a price lower than the competitors. I was super happy although I told him the competitor would also do landscaping and running a waterline. They showed up they put in the water line they put in the turf and they spread multure around their plants. After the 1st week had gone behind me if you got hit with heavy rains and our whole back. Patio flooded because they did not foresee putting in drains other than the one that the concrete contractors put in. When I call them on this matter they just ignored me. I had called them multiple times to come out to look at the turf after the rain as it had been discolored. I also had my sprinkler valve blow apart in the middle of the week flooding my backyard when I called them and asked them if they would come. Out and fix it and take a look at it. I got strong along again. I have contacted hunter and his Foreman more than 6 times. All telling me they would be in the area on Saturday. But no one showed up, no phone call or contact, when i called hu yer said his Forman was busy but woud make it out this coming Saturday....but nothing then it was next Saturday, the next Saturday, oh the next Saturday nobody has showed up. My turf looks like crap and the customer service is absolute garbage. They do not stand behind their word or their product. At this point I am almost ready to have it torn out and redone completely, again. WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Jack and AIG were professional and gave us a quality product. Jack was knowledgeable on all the different types of artificial grass. It was affordable and made our backyard look amazing. His crew that helped with the install did a great job and made sure we were happy before they left. They really take pride in their work.

They did a great job, the guys were super nice, and they were very accomodating. They got it done in the time promised and we would definitely hire them again. We would recommend them as well.

From the initial quote to the planning and installation, AGT was great. They have the best quality products that we were able to find and we couldn't be happier. It turned out incredible and we are so happy. We wish we would have done it sooner. We would recommend AGT to anyone looking to put in artificial grass turf!

very knowledgeable sales person was reassuring. the team showed up early morning and took all day but felt comfortable with these nice guys working so hard in the heat. Front lawn looks lovely.

It went well and they did a good job. They had a crew of 6 men so the job was completed in a day(500 sq.ft.)
