"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. I paid him and shuck his hand. I recommend Art for your household plumbing needs. He was excellent."

"The guys at Del Mar Landscaping were great. Conrad, the owner of the company is the best. He is honest, understanding, and willing to work with you. His workers are also great - they always came with a smile and eager to work. They worked round the clock to get as much done as possible each day they came. Now, like all construction type jobs, there were a few things that didn't go as planned but the guys made sure to fix things as best as possible to give me what I envisioned / wanted. Ex. the putting green they installed was a little bumpy around the holes, wasn't as smooth as I'd hope it'd be - they came with a solution and fixed it within a few days of me letting them know. There were even a couple occasions where the plants they planted died a couple of weeks after they put them in and they, without question or hassle, replaced them. They are willing to own up to their mistakes (it happens) and fix things - which is refreshing as not all contractors I've dealt with are like this. I would definitely work with these guys again."

"Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. "Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price.
