They take there time to set up plastic and ram board to protect all the finish surfaces in the house. You can find a cheaper guy buy you’ll pay more to get Mr Guerras Lathing and Plastering to fix the other guys work!!!! Highly recommend Guerras Lathing and Plastering for all small or big projects. Just awesome work will be booking him for my other three projects!!!"

"I've written in another page that I just moved here after many years in Europe and I'm trying to adjust back to life in America. I bought a house a long time ago and because I rented it I chose to renovate the rear of the house and turn it into a guest house - and the good fellas have done the work and renovation. I am very pleased and with complaints free about the conduct of their work. I am relatively a very difficult man to work with because I have too high standards and I let allow myself too much - so I'm even more surprised it was comfortable working with them. They appreciated what I had to offer and I listened to their ideas. At the end we did of course - what I wanted, but in their own way - a compromise :)

"I'm going to have him come out and do a second bid but I haven't had him do any work for us. The bid that he gave us covered the information that he felt was appropriate. I didn't find on it some of the technical stuff like the wire or vapor barrier or some of the things that would be useful for someone having stucco put on a house. He didn't list the thickness that was going to be used. He did mention that he was going to apply the drivit finish on all the walls and skim coat with poly bond. He was fabulous and very helpful. He showed some things and spoke a lot. There are things that I want him to rebid. He shot me the original bid very fast. He just needs to give some added information."

"Jake was on time, and as I showed him the repair projects, he gave me a total construction rundown on the areas. ( Before I hired Stucco Solutions, Jake wanted me to send him pictures via internet to give me an estimate. I thought that was proficient.) Within a couple of hours, the job was done and he cleaned up the area."

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.
