"It took a couple of phone calls to get Ray to call us initially. When he first came to the house, he had his wife and a friend waiting in the car for him, so he could not stay long enough to take measurments; however, he did come back the next evening as promised. He told us that he would have an estimate to us by the next evening, but we did not receive it until 2 or 3 days later. Honestly, we were SHOCKED when he saw Ray's estimate. It was $6,500 higher than the highest bid and $10,000 higher than the lowest bid that we had already received! Obiviously, we did not choose Costello Plastering because his price was way too high."
The crew came out a few days before painting to pressure wash our house. They returned and started taping and preparing for paint. They completed all necessary small repairs to the house prior to paint. We gave them the paint colors and they went and bought the paint for us. They extended the deal they received on the paint to us. They completed all the work per agreement. They did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with. We had no troubles at all.
