"Nick from Fence Dr. Was great! Very professional and skilled at his craft. He installed 2 gates on both sides of my yard. The gates and fencing were done very well and look great. I will definitely give Nick a call when it’s time to update my fencing."

"Our driveway gate was outdated and difficult to use we decided to replace it. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. The final result is strong, secure, and beautifully finished. We couldn?t be happier with the service"

"We had a squeaky door with a bent lower panel, plus a second door that would sometimes jam when we tried to open it, and which seemed to have much too strong of a spring (it would fly open if the power opener was disconnected), as well as making a lot of noise.  The tech came out on the special service deal and was on-time and did a thorough job of greasing and adjusting the doors.  I asked if they could help repair a dent in the large door and make the small door run smoother as well as correcting the spring tension.  He worked up a quote, that involved a lot of back-and-forth with the home office, include a second trip to the house to re-measure.  They ordered parts, scheduled installation, then contacted me to say they didn't get the right parts and I'd have to wait another month or so to get the right ones.
After the parts arrived, the same tech came out to install.  I think he was maybe a little inexperienced, but he got the job done.  The large door worked great with no more dent, and the changes to the small door fixed the spring tension, but it is, if anything, more noisy than before the work.  I mean it's loud.  I had hoped that spending close to a grand would get me quiet, smooth doors.
While the tech was generally professional, he did leave a bit of a mess for me in my garage and driveway.
Let me sum up by saying that I think they did a decent job, but I feel like it was beer-n-burgers for a steak-n-wine price.
