"James Lord of Lord Roofing went above and beyond my expectations. The crew was incredibly skilled, and they installed a beautiful and functional new roof. But it wasn't just about the quality of work. They kept me informed, explaining what they were doing and how long things would take. I had expected that there would be plywood sheeting under the old roof, but that turned out to be incorrect. When the old roof came off most of it needed additional plywood, there was also dry rot in places that needed some carpentry work James took care of fixing them for me without any hassle. They cleaned up the job site meticulously every day, there were a lot of nails and debris from the old roof that they picked up, leaving my property spotless. Overall, Lord Roofing provided a truly exceptional experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company. One note that I feel is important: Skilled workers are hard to find and probably harder to keep. I received the quote in August, and James estimated the start date to be a few months later, around October. However, they did not start until November. My roof took longer to complete than was expected due to having to sheet the entire house with plywood and of course in November the weather was a bit of a problem. This meant that anyone scheduled after me would be delayed by a few weeks. James could have rushed the crew and potentially compromised on quality to get done sooner but he didnâ t. Be patient. These guys work tremendously hard, and they don't cut corners. It's impossible for them to know exactly how long the ten jobs ahead of you will take, but waiting is worth it to get a quality roof that you expect to last 30 or 40 years."

When he gave me prices, I felt that he wasn't pushy and let me decide. However, I knew that I needed to have everything cleaned in my roof because if I didn't it would create a problem in the long run. When cleaning day came, he let me know what to get ready in order. Once he was done, I was like night and day. My gutters are cleaned, panels and windows spot free. The main thing was seeing my roof cleared of the pigeon droppings from the 10 years I've been there. Thus, some sections had algae and now my roof looks like new. I liked that he was very clean and didn't leave no mess behind. He even cleaned some windows that were not in the plan. "Michael Lambert claims to be a holier than though Christian, yet he lies. He told me he had the proper inspections done on my roof. In fact he never had any inspections done at all. Now I have to take care of this. The quality of the work seems good but I will see what the inspector has to say. Don't buy his Christian stories as he charges for a permit that was never completed."
