"The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."

"All work was done except installing the new vanity. I verbally told him I would keep the last $1000 until He came back and installed the vanity. He said he would come right over and install it when I got it in, that he needed to pay his guys for the work that has already been done. Because he said he would come right over in two or three days to install the vanity after I got it, I believed him and I paid the last $1000."

"Paul is a pleasure to work with. He is a true craftsman, and always takes the time to do things correctly. What's more, he is very talented at problem-solving and is adept at providing clients with creative -- and economical -- solutions. Paul and his assistant got two showers of ours into working order, diagnosing and fixing problems while consulting with us every step of the way. Their work was excellent technically, and the final product looked great too (beautiful tile, nicely laid). They also got an ancient whirlpool tub to function and repaired some gear-crank windows that were in terrible shape; in these two instances Paul's creativity and persistence allowed us to use what we had rather than spend thousands of dollars more on replacements. Paul also built a really nice-looking fence for us, and did some tricky electrical work to install a pool light. On all of these projects I appreciated his ability to communicate well with us (his clients) and ensure that we were educated, satisfied customers. The only downside of this level of professionalism and attention to detail is that some phases of these projects took significantly longer than originally predicted. Nonetheless, we are really happy with Paul's work. We will call him again for future projects, and would certainly recommend him to others."
