Very kind and informative. He mounted a Tv on the wall. The work was done to my satisfaction. What I thought was impressive, was when he completed the work, he asked for a vacuum cleaner to clean up the area where he was mounting the tv.

I needed cable wires hidden. Jim had to come up with a solution. There were several wires. He worked his butt off and came up with a great solution. I'm so happy not to see all of those wires dangling down my wall😎
