"My original call was handled politely by Ed and he clearly explained the process and verbally estimated the total cost based on the size of my house, we then scheduled the cleaning appointment. The on-site tech James and his assistant were on-time, courteous and professional. The cleaning was completed within the expected 2-3 hour window and no mess was left at completion.
