"Scott did a really great job (all by himself). He had a big task of cleaning my entire apartment's dirty carpet. It had been a long time between services, and the before and after pictures were quite dramatic. The carpets were definitely a lot cleaner. Scott was very kind and held true to his original quote despite my carpets needing extra attention and time."

"My original call was handled politely by Ed and he clearly explained the process and verbally estimated the total cost based on the size of my house, we then scheduled the cleaning appointment. The on-site tech James and his assistant were on-time, courteous and professional. The cleaning was completed within the expected 2-3 hour window and no mess was left at completion. No issues were encountered during or after this service."

He and his staff covered my furniture, fine flooring, and any areas that were in close proximity to my windows, ensuring that nothing would be damaged.
