The owner came to our home, measured our French doors and returned in record time to install beautiful, perfect, custom shutters!! We wished we found him sooner than later - the first company we found could not provide shutters for our French doors - get this, the French doors shutters were installed months before the first company. We wanted to cancel the first company but we had already paid 50% deposit but the first company wouldn’t cooperate. The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I Will definitely be using his services again, in fact I already have another job lined up for him.

"Supposed to be the entire system, or so one is lead to believe.  The coupon only covers part of the job, which is the outflow vents from the air handler.  To have the intake is extra, and naturally your system is going to be diagnosed to have mold, and that fix is a lot extra.  The technician first tried to tell me the chemical treatment is normally $2300 extra, but he could do it for only $1200.  The vents had never been cleaned and were pretty nasty.  Evidence of mold was clearly an issue so it was worth treating.  I haggled it down to $400.  
They claimed the chemicals cost $399 by themselves.  Sporicidin is the chemical and Amazon sells it for $40.  So, the $399 is a fable.  
The crew of two worked for an hour and a half and did a lot of work.  So, I don't have a problem paying people for hard work.  Their ability to manage expectations is flawed, and like replacement windows and other home services, there is some negotiations required.  I wish it didn't have to be that way.
They left a fair amount of crud on my rug and didn't do the dryer vent.  It's a racket, but a necessary one."
