Dave who manages "The Window Guy" is very connected and easy to communicate with. He has great follow up too. He called the night before to be sure it was still a good time for me. He also called the night after to make sure I was satified. I've never had anyone do that. The men that cleaned my window were very nice and careful with all of my furnishings. They did a GREAT job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for A Window Guy.

Probably the best Home Advisor contractor experience yet! Dave is a true professional & just super nice guy. He agreed to come out in a week & was there on time! Gave me what I thought was a super low quote. Granted I've never had windows cleaned before professionally so let's just say he was very very fair on his pricing & he stuck to it, no additional hidden charges that came up at the last second. I'm scheduling him to come out once every 6 months because that's how much I liked his work & his personality.

The experience started out great. Dave responded quickly, arranged to clean my windows in a short time frame, and arrived on time with his crew. The windows that were cleaned were cleaned very well. But several were missed and are noticeably dirty in comparison. Dave also let me know that my screens needed to be replaced (I agreed - there were multiple rips) and let me know he could do that for me for an agreed-on price. But he didn't let me know until he had removed all of them that he didn't know when he could do that work. It's been over 2 weeks, and not only have the screens not been replaced, but he isn't returning my phone calls. I now need to have them replaced by another company for additional cost.

Cleaned the gutters on my two story house with Spanish tile roof. The job was very difficult for several reasons, but they did it well and charged a fair price.
