"Filipe Colon was on time, and was very presentable and personable. He was helpful as he unpacked the new cabinet, removed the old one, and looked at ways to install the new one. He discovered difficulties with installing a new recessed cabinet due to issues inside the wall. He brainstormed ways to get around the problems, and ultimately decided it was not possible. He insisted on doing a quality job and anything less would be a workaround, not acceptable. Filipe helped me pack up the new cabinet and carried it to my car so I could return it. He reinstalled the old cabinet. We discussed what I kind of cabinet I should buy, where I should buy it, and the correct size to buy. We discussed making a new date to install a new "wall mounted" style cabinet once I find one to purchase. Filipe is very knowledgeable and seems sincere and willing to do a good job for me. I'll write more when we finally get the job done. In the meantime he refused to bill me for the hour and a half we spent together working on the problem."
