He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive. He also upgraded my ram to keep up with everything and cloned my old hard drive to my new one. While he was here he also reconnected my ring cameras. Yes he is Ring certified and diagnosed my problem with my outside camera systems to a bad monitor. I had an extra flat screen and he installed that also. One service call three jobs. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."

"William was amazing. This was my first time using a service like this. Usually I just do it myself and do a terrible job. Thank god William was available to do it. He was reasonably priced, professional, and made sure I was happy with where he was hanging/installing things before he started installing them. He hung two curtain rods, four ceiling hooks, a large and heavy mirror, and mounted my tv to a stand. Turns out my walls are uneven, and basically concrete. If I had tried doing any of this myself I could have caused serious damage. William explained this all to me and educated me so going forward I know how to handle hanging things. He also made sure I felt safe which is super important as a single female having a stranger in her home. Cannot recommend him enough. This job ended up being a lot more work for him due to the strange way my apartment was built, but he was so sweet and helpful. Would give ten stars if I could."

Every afternoon they would clean up their work areas - they actually looked better than they did before they started. The timeline that Kyle provided when he did his bid was very accurate - about 5 working days. The only downside was trying to get work scheduled during a pandemic. I had delays getting my new vanity and sink delivered, and had to delay the start. Then, when I was ready, Kyle had other jobs scheduled, so we didn't get started for almost 2 months."
