He hung two curtain rods, four ceiling hooks, a large and heavy mirror, and mounted my tv to a stand. Turns out my walls are uneven, and basically concrete. If I had tried doing any of this myself I could have caused serious damage. William explained this all to me and educated me so going forward I know how to handle hanging things.
