"I've dealt with Ira on 2 occasions. The first time he bought and installed a new printer and additionally, he took the initiative to make important updates that I didn't realize I needed. The second visit involved a minor issue that was quickly resolved. I felt that he should have been compensated for his time, but he refused any payment! Obviously, customer care and satisfaction are more important to him than financial remuneration. Suffice it to say, I have him on speed dial."

It is such a vulnerable position to put yourself in, to have computer repair work done by a stranger, and finding a truly trustworthy person to deal with can almost seem impossible.
