"I had two literally rotten bathrooms that were overdue for work. One of the bathrooms had a huge scary hole in the middle. As it turns out, a previous contractor did a sloppy job in several areas that introduced a small leak that eventually rotted the bathroom floors. The Tenorio's group actually had to replace most of the pipes, and floors. At that point, we decided to make the bathrooms completely new. Much better than the previous work years ago. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. If you need work now, here is your chance to hire them, because once I am ready, I will have them performing more work for me."

I didn't know how to start or where to even begin. When I heard about Vic I thought I would give him a shot. I was beyond impressed with his work ethic and knowledge in this field. "We are incredibly pleased with our kitchen remodeling by Solid Construction & Design!! They remodeled our kitchen, painted our dining room and living room, and renovated our fireplace. The project took about 5 weeks and we are very pleased and delighted with the final results. We got to work with Oleg (the owner) who inspected our kitchen, gave us design ideas, and got us a detailed estimate based on our selection. We made a trip to their convenient showroom to make the material selections and JCruz was very friendly and helped us with that. Vitaly was our project manager and also did a great job coordinating the installation team. The scope of work included a full kitchen remodel (our kitchen is fairly large) - so the existing kitchen was completely demoed and all appliances were disposed. We went with brand new solid wood white shaker cabinets, custom Silestone quartz countertops (Cambria island), new tile backsplash, new laminate flooring & baseboards, painted the whole kitchen & dining area, installed new pendant lights, and more. They did everything (including hooking up the appliances, and also electrical work as well). We later had them update the LED lights throughout our whole house. We always recieved prompt attention and can surely say that Solid Construction and Design was a pleasure to do business with. We have referred them to friends and family and will continue to do so."

"We hired Future Generation Construction for remodeling our kitchen, installing new flooring on the first floor of our house, painting of all rooms in the house and new recess lighting in about 7 rooms. They did an excellent job in executing all these activities. Our remodel of the kitchen required an expansion of the kitchen footprint, and we ended up using Future Generation Construction custom cabinets. These cabinets were designed and built, in my opinion, to be of better quality than by a commercial supplier. Future Generation Construction was on time and budget, excellent to work with and great communicators through the whole process.
