Established in 1991, Arrow Plumbing first opened its doors after relocating to the Central Coast from Oahu, Hawaii. Arrow Plumbing was started by Daniel Keuma, who had elevated his skills as a maintenance personnel at Hawaii's #1 tourist attraction "The Polynesian Cultural Center", located in his home town of Laie, Hawaii.
