Freddy came and fixed the hole in my waterline. He was so very helpful and was extra gentle, with my husbands “Beloved” sod, when he dug it up …. of course my husband was out of town on a business trip when the leak happened!!

Very Well. They arrived within a couple of hours of my call. My home is 60 years old so the part was not readily available. Rieck's Plumbing was able to find 2 used valves that stopped the leak and they gave a big discount on the price, stopped the leak, and gave me a senior discount on top of that.

I have found the staff at Rieck's to be consistently polite, prompt, helpful when I call, and very responsive when it is an emergency situation= such as a broken water pipe. I have used them in the past and find that over time the quality of their service is very consistent

They came out and looked at the area and question. As it turned out it was the drain on the water softener that was continually leaking into the drain in the wall behind the washing machine. They took of the hose and showed me what the issue was and told me I needed to contact Culligan to get the water softener fixed. They were there about 20 minutes and did not charge me a dime. I would call them again should I have a plumbing problem.

Installation was not up to code. Water connection pipe leaked; vent pipe to roof was incorrect; water heater was not braced against wall as code requires; and vent pipe was resting against wood creating a fire hazard. Plumber had to return and redo the job after the home inspection report found the entire installation improper and a code violation!

Most recently all of my shampoo sinks were clogged. The clog was caused by a connecting business that had a food clog. The wall had to be cut open and the drain welded. It was quite labor intensive.
Everytime they have worked in my business I have been happy. I would recommend them to anyone. They know their stuff!
