I've been using Truly Dry for 4 years. I found them when I lived in Santa Clarita and when I moved to the South Bay, they still make arrangements to come clean my house. I'm on their maintenance program. They remind me by email when I'm due for a cleaning, which I appreciate, but they're not pushy or aggressive in any way - if you don't make the appointment for the regular maintenance, they don't bug you about it. I've been amazed at what stains they've been able to get out and they've made recommendations of what products I can buy from the grocery store to get stains out on my own. My carpet has a no-stain warranty and they've helped me with the documentation I need to show that I've used the services and where the problematic stains have been.

I HIGHLY recommend Truly Dry. I'd used other carpet cleaners and been really unhappy. Before I found them, I hired a carpet cleaner that advertised a certain price, but when they got there that cleaner explained that if I wanted the carpet really cleaned, I would need to pay more money. I was pretty outraged at the idea that someone would come and intentionally do half as good of a job. Truly Dry just offers one price - what it takes to get your carpets truly clean. I appreciate that they don't play games. 

The other thing I like is that when I call to make an appointment or have an interaction, it's with the owners of the company. They're just regular, down-to-earth people who are reasonable. 

I am extremely happy with Truly Dry. I don't often write these kinds of reviews but this is the one service company with which I feel I have a relationship - they know me, they know my house, they know my carpets, they know my needs. Truly Dry is extraordinary.

It went well – it was a surprise for my parents and they were surprised and happy with the job.

They have cleaned for us before and they always do a really good job so we continue to use their services and the guys are very nice and easy to talk to and work with.

They came in, provided an estimate and completed the work in a very professional and timely fashion.

That turned out well. We got them, because we like their process method. They have a quick dry and they don’t use the water, they use pellets.

They are excellent. They are so nice and very customer service oriented.

They left a mess and I had to have another company come clean up after them.

They do great work. I like that the carpets are not wet, I don’t have to wait for them to dry. The carpets look good and I plan to use them again. Their prices are competitive.

That service turned out great. Their price was high for the service they did though. Not everywhere can be cleaned and not all type of carpets can be cleaned either. It was a good that the carpets were able to dry quickly.

They are perfection. We have used their process for years. They are courteous, on time and clean. I wished I could give them an A+.
