We told the vendor what we wanted and he performed tasks as bid. Arrived on time, relocated furniture, vacuumed and shampooed carpets, fogged living, dining, and bedrooms. Smells like a new house. Used rotovac shampoo system. Carpet is cleaner than when installed. Removed hard and stubborn pet stains.

I have used them in the past and there machines work real well. They use a roto-vac. They are licensed, bonded, and insured.
