"Salvador and crew arrived on time and did a good job on the lawn clean up. They were friendly and professional. The lawn had not been cut for about 3 months during rainy season. We were also giving grass a chance to grow after seeding as drought and water restrictions damaged lawn. After lawn clean up I did decide to go with a monthly maintenance service. Salvador quoted a price of $80 for weekly lawn care. I thought this was a bit high for our small/medium size yard. I decided to still give them a try for a few months however after we made arrangements I reached out to Salavador to inquiry if I can change the lawn care days from Mondays to later in the week and I never got a response from him after 3 attempts to reach out. I left a final message that I would not be needing the services because I have not been able to get in contact with him. I assume he got the message because they did not show on the Monday they were due to start the service. This is the reason for the average rating. It is important to be responsive to your customers. Customers appreciate timely responsiveness even if other options are not available for their requests.

"They did a great job on my new driveway. They removed my old driveway and put in a new one. Was fairly big project that used 4 cement trucks. He also did a concrete border edging in front yard which also turned out good. Was easy to schedule a time to do all the work. Daniel is professional and very friendly. Max showed up on time. Listened (very patiently) to me describing everything I needed to get done, and tolerated our little terrors (dachshunds) with understanding humor.  
He gave us our quote, told us how long it would take (3 days), and we set up a date.  He showed up on time (every day).  The work was done as he said it would be in the time he said it would take.  No surprises!
I can't remember the names of the 2 other guys that helped Max out, but I can tell you, they were just as professional as Max!
Below is more detail on what we had done.
We were having problems with the washing machine drainage pipe backing up and flooding our garage.  Max came out,
sent a camera down the pipe, discovered that our pipe had pretty much disintegrated.  Our house is 79 years old, it's understandable!  Our house sits on a concrete slab, and the walls are made out of cinder block. To add to that, there is a 3" thick concrete patio that is connected to the house.  Max explained how the our drainage pipe ran under our house, and how the trenchless process worked.  He also explained that they would have to cut into the patio concrete slab and then through the cinder block walls of the house in order to re-tie the kitchen plumbing into the new drainage pipe. Since he was going to be working on the kitchen sink area anyway, I asked if he could also take care of the hodge-podge piping system we had going on there.  Good thing I did!  Max looked under there and found that our old garbage disposal was due to blow at anytime.  (Showed it to me too)
Since he was going to have everything tore up I asked for, and received, a quote to move our water heater out to the garage. (Decided to add that in too) 
All in all, was very impressed with our experience.
