"Plan Perfect remodeled my entire home, safely, on schedule, and on budget and I can recommend them without reservation. I interviewed 4 contractors and Bryce from Plan Perfect was the only one to provide design options and a rough cost during our first meeting. Following selection, he immediately provided a line item cost estimate, making the basis of the estimate, and what was and was not included, crystal clear. Bryce applied for the necessary permits the same day and the permits were received within 72 hours. Plan Perfect remodeled my kitchen, 2 baths, installed new floors throughout the house, and tiled my fireplace. "We highly recommend Cal Green Remodeling and mainly Shay! We originally hired him for our kitchen and master bathroom project. Shay had awesome ideas and he did a stunning job, much more beyond our expectations! After the kitchen project was completed… we decided to have him continue and to also remodel our two bathrooms, some structural changes to the ceiling and installing new roof, raising the ceiling (in 12”) at the entry, completely modernizing our living room by opening walls, removing old flooring, removing old rock fireplace and replacing with modern, classic tile. "From start to finish, Al did a superb job in determining what needed to be done, and how it was to be done, on the needed repairs. And he gave outstanding advice and guidance regarding the modest remodeling work we wanted accomplished at the same time. These were matters we had no previous experience with, so his advice was critically important to us. The bathroom was original to the 1971 construction of the house. Thanks to Al, we now we have a lovely, fresh and updated bathroom with new flooring, beautiful new tile around the shower and on the floor, new plumbing and fittings, new tub, etc. He also replaced the ceiling in the 1st-floor bathroom immediately below this one and did a beautiful job installing crown molding there.
In addition to Al's construction skills, he has a terrific personality and a calm, professional demeanor. Due to our work schedules, we had a situation where Al usually had to be here at  the house while everyone else was gone. It's indicative of how professional he is that we never gave this a second thought. Even our neurotic dog trusted him to come into the house!
