I interviewed 4 contractors and Bryce from Plan Perfect was the only one to provide design options and a rough cost during our first meeting. It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more.
There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience.
