"Dante transformed my home! 43 year old house with no overhead lighting. Dark! He installed 12 recessed lights in kitchen and family room. Now I love cooking in my NEW kitchen. Removed an old swag lamp and now I can enjoy my dining table. Then he put dimmers on so I can adjust the lighting. He also had the ceiling textured and painted. I wanted so bad to hug him, but Covid rules ! Iâ m using him for other projects and have recommended him to friends. Iâ d give him 10 stars if I could."

"Amaya Handyman, Felipe, is responsive, knowledgeable and very professional. In one visit, he handled a plumbing emergency, he installed holiday lights and trimmed bushes. We are also considering hiring him for an additional remodeling project."

"We hired Bear Remodeling to convert our garage into an ADU for my mom to live in, and they knocked it out of the park! They handled everything. The team added proper insulation, installed new windows for natural light, and created a small but efficient kitchen area. They even finished the exterior paint to match our house perfectly. The transformation is incredible. You'd never know it used to be a garage. It took about 8 weeks from start to finish, which was actually faster than we expected. If you need more living space but don't want to move, I'd recommend their garage conversion service without hesitation."

"O.T Bay Builders made the entire process easy and stress-free. They helped me choose the best design for my bathroom and worked within my budget. The craftsmanship was superb, and they kept the area clean and tidy throughout the project. I?m absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom!."

"Al Navarro has done many jobs for us spanning over 20 years. He renovated nearly every room in our previous home and is well on his way to doing the same in our current home. This most recent project was to install nearly 1300 sq feet of luxury vinyl tile flooring over existing ceramic tile... He first spent days applying multiple coats (with smoothing) of a thin mortar over the tile regions to establish a smooth and level base. He also removed all the existing baseboard. On top of the mortar surface he placed a layer of thin plastic sheeting (flooring supplier recommended) and then carefully and methodically laid all the vinyl flooring... He set up his saw arrangement in our garage and custom cut many of the floor pieces to ensure the best look for the new floor... Al is an artist with tools and he even went so far as to use a special saw to cut neatly beneath the door jambs such that the new flooring went under the jamb rather than just up to it... He also did custom work around showers and bath tubs, and around doorways, to offer the best looking transition from the floor to those structures... He then purchased and painted new wide baseboards at his facility and brought them to our home to be cut and installed with great precision. As he has done with all our previous projects, Al did a masterful job of installing this beautiful luxury vinyl flooring over a large portion of our home. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend Al for this type type of home improvement and for just about any other home interior type project folks might be looking to accomplish!!!!"

"The new flooring installation has revitalized our home's appearance, giving it a fresh and modern look that feels both durable and aesthetically pleasing. It's a significant upgrade that enhances our living spaces with its timeless appeal."

"My new kitchen floor is beautiful! Josh was prompt with his responses, on-time, efficient, and did a wonderful job installing my kitchen floor. He made sure I had everything I needed for the job, the quote was very reasonable, he even hauled away all of the garbage. Highly recommend!"

"Medical issues forced an unplanned bathroom ADA remodel. Rick and crew did great job, on time, with complete satisfaction. Jason and Josh were super helpful with suggestions and solutions to unforseen circumstances. The doors had to be widened, the shower expanded and level floor for wheelchair access, toilet moved, sink and vanity changed, lighting upgraded, ramp built, grab bars installed. All completed in time. Knowledgeable friends rated the floor-to-ceiling tile installations as 95 out of 100. Love to shower now. Thanks"

"He did a good job on everything and even came back to adjust one of the cameras I had installed. My only complaint was that I paid $420 for 4 1/2 hours work. That seems rather excessive"

"Eric and his EA Homebuilders team remodeled our primary bathroom, which involved moving walls, framing, plumbing, electrical, installing a tile shower, and finishes. I had never worked with them before. Their quote was competitive, their work progressed at a rapid pace, and they finished the project in the timeframe promised. There were 2 occasions where changes needed to be made and they were reasonably accommodated without any nickel-and-diming. Eric is a great communicator and is always asking the customer if they need anything. Working with a contractor for the first time is always a nervous experience, but EA Homebuilders delivered on everything, and they will be invited to bid on all of my future projects."
