Crews are efficient, don't waste time, and work together well. He charges a fair price, not too much, not too little, which is exactly what you want. And, any amounts that were added were completely expected and thoroughly discussed in advance. The communication was great, and the few times that there was a delay, I always had a very good idea when they were coming next. Honestly, hiring a contractor of any kind rarely goes so smoothly.
