I called your favorite contractor up (with a name like that you can't go wrong) and within 4 hours a nice young man called Etai came by and inspected the problem and on the spot was able to walk me through the remedy and gave me a great deal of repiping my house with new copper including patching and touch up paint where needed as well as repair of the floor. He also threw in a new tankless water heater. "He was too busy to make an appointment for several weeks. I needed the work done asap (new home owner) so I asked him to drive by , look at the front and call me with an estimate. A week later I called to remind him. He did drive by, gave me an estimate, but honestly it did me no good because I needed not only a drip system in the front, back and both sides and cleanup of the whole place. He sounded like a very nice person, but too busy to help me out in a timely manor. This is a very busy time for all people in this industry, so when things calm down, you all should give him a call. "From the time I contacted Kevin to the time the job was completed, SGB was fantastic. I needed a very small master bathroom in an old house gutted and built from the ground up. As this is a rental, my budget was very limited. Kevin told me what he could do and what I would provide so he could meet the price I requested. Kevin, along with his team worked miracles. There were some plumbing issues that came up and Kevin handled all of them by communicating with me and giving me honest and accurate estimates of how much time this would put us back. Not living in the house while the work was being performed was a new thing for me and I was nervous about workers being in the home when I was not. My fears were unfounded.
