"The job went very well. John worked with us by performing the work over three move-ins so that we were able to use most of our house during the process. The level of quality is very good including cement floated floors over wood and hot mop tar for waterproofing in the shower. The layout for the tile pattern was right on and Johns recommendations are good and should followed. I am a licensed contractor in another trade so I have a good understanding of doing a job right with a critical eye for workmanship."
"Mr. Parks and his workers were thorough, polite and efficient. My gutters were full and badly clogged because of several years of neglect. They removed all debris from my roof and dug out the gutters by hand until they got water freely flowing through the downspouts. It was a positive experience from beginning to end."
"Took a long time to find the right contractor to tackle this complicated project and Rick at Azteca 111 Builders is the guy. We felt confident that the best ideas were on the table when discussing the project and were pleased at every step of the way. We are still finishing up on the work and Azteca 111 is our only choice to do it."
"A friend recommended Nir (the contractor), after the house we just bought started to fall apart. Much of the house was just destroyed. Nir came in and said something like, I will fix your house and make it better than what you bought. And he did. He is professional and kind. Water line in one part of house had broken, due to high water pressure ( we had not yet moved in). Then a sewerage back up, due to improperly installing sewerage pipes. 4 in. plastic pipes with no valves, instead of 6 in. ABX. There was galvanized pipe directly attached to copper pipes, so also water leaks in the walls. And it goes on and on. Since so much had to be replaced, elected to also update some of the house. 2 new bathrooms, which are beautifully done. Nir is so good at design, recommendations and what may look good. Made a powder room I would never have imagined and introduced me to Venetian Plaster/paint. He got an electrician to replace 13 yr old electric panel that had already started sparking/going bad. That led to new recessed lights and fire/CO2 alarm system, new light fixtures and etc. Fixed all the walls, replaced wood floors and so on that Service Masters had had to pull up or remove. The wood floors are beautiful. His crew were really good. There is more, but now the house is great and so happy with the work done. It all took about a year +. I would highly recommend Nir, this company to rehab, update or redesign your house. The sewer line was done by another company. Whole sewerage system out to street had to be replaced. So yes also city permits and inspectors. By the way, the problem with sewerage system was easily visible if you looked. An aside: Please hire your own home inspector who answers only to you, when buying property. Was a huge mistake in this case. Learned a very valuable lesson. Previous owners, did not do upkeep in at least 9 years. Had a good handyman to make it look good for sale."
"He was too busy to make an appointment for several weeks. I needed the work done asap (new home owner) so I asked him to drive by , look at the front and call me with an estimate. A week later I called to remind him. He did drive by, gave me an estimate, but honestly it did me no good because I needed not only a drip system in the front, back and both sides and cleanup of the whole place. He sounded like a very nice person, but too busy to help me out in a timely manor. This is a very busy time for all people in this industry, so when things calm down, you all should give him a call. "Kevin works with an extensive team of seasoned professionals who know their craft. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful throughout. We went over our initial budget, partly because some electrical problems from an earlier renovation arose that needed repairing, and partly because we added a number of bells and whistles after the initial estimate. But for example, the custom maple cabinetry cost far less than we were quoted elsewhere and included a lot of special touches, such as an appliance garage, a cutlery drawer, and a pull-out, multi-shelf spice drawer. At each step in the process, Kevin kept us apprised of costs and got our approval before any work was done. And for all the extras we requested during construction, we had a brand-new kitchen just a couple of days after the original estimated completion date. We couldn?t be happier with the results. Every remodeling job has its glitches and challenges, and ours was no exception, but Kevin went the extra mile to make sure were getting our dream kitchen. And in the end, that?s exactly what we got. Our new kitchen is a joy to cook in ? and we have Kevin and his team to thank for that.
"They do good work. The owner Ric was absolutely wonderful, I consider him as a friend. He's always diligent, on time, responsive, and had great workers. The workers were personable, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves . His pricing is always competitive or better compared to other companies. Ric has a great eye for landscaping and design. In fact, he's gonna do another job he will put fountain in front of my property. It really fits what my wife is looking for."

Small ponds can be drained and filled in about a day. Larger ponds will take two or three days for professional removal.
A koi pond should be at least 5 feet deep to keep the fish healthy and ensure they don’t freeze in winter. Koi fish are also known for growing large, so the more room you have, the better. A larger koi pond size will allow the fish to grow bigger than a smaller one will, and the more fish you have, the bigger the pond you’ll need. Learn how to build a pond in your backyard to ensure it remains functional and aesthetically pleasing for a long time.
Most outdoor water fountains and features do not use a lot of electricity, typically consuming between 100 and 250 watts per day. The size of the fountain's motor can impact its overall electricity usage. To reduce energy consumption, you can use a timer to automatically turn the fountain off at night or when you are away from home. Additionally, installing solar power components can help lower electricity costs after the initial investment is recouped.
Natural swimming pools are designed to deter pests, including mosquitoes. While any body of water can potentially attract pests, the natural filtration system keeps the water clean and constantly moving. Mosquitoes specifically are attracted to standing water, so the continuously circulating water in a natural pool makes it an inhospitable environment for them.
