Their dispatcher was friendly and professional and called me to schedule an estimate less than 3 hours later — around 8:20am — and had a service window of noon-4pm for a technician to visit and give us an estimate. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."

He trimmed five overgrown bushes that had grown over seven feet tall. He hauled away all debris. He installed a drip system for our plants. Alex was very prompt, very fair in his bid, and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with his landscaping work.
