As usual I got some what interested phone calls, some saying they would come out but never did. I ended up with three licensed contractors that were close in prices. We ended up going with Josh at G C Bauer inc, our decision was based upon how he presented his company, didn't give me a sales pitch but was a straight shooter. The work went very well, we took a one week vacation in the middle of the job, had a couple issues with permits and inspector schedules. Josh and his crew managed very well with all the forced interuptions. They replaced the two window assemblies, replaced 4 dry rotted studs and window frame work, exterior siding and trim work. They removed and replaced a large area of interior sheet rock, taped, plastered and textured the wall. We are very happy with there work, they stayed on budget. We would hire him again in the future."

"Mike did an excellent job on the pull out shelves for our kitchen.  He came up with a clever solution for putting in a pullout in a difficult corner of the kitchen that saved us a bunch of money.  His work is beautiful and done with great craftsmanship.  When it came to putting the doors on the cupboards we had put in years ago he matched the other cabinets in the house perfectly.  On top of this he alerted us to the issue of water damage we had to our other cabinet doors and gave us a recommendation of a cabinet refinisher that turned out to be incredible.  We are very pleased with Mike's work and will use his services in the future.
