"I have used them before, and they were good. The only thing this time is that  they didn't clean the inside windshield and the back window. I even called them back up and said hey if you guys are in the neighborhood, stop by and do that because that is like one of the more difficult things to do, and I never heard from them. They came out on the date they said they would."

"We purchased a Sunbrella material retractable awning from North County Deck in 2010, as part of our new deck installation.  North County Deck obtained the awning from Abbott Industries/Abbott Awnings.  It is a large awning (more than 20 ft) operated from a switch inside our house.  The awning has a manual operation in case of power outtage.  It is well made and came with a 5 year warranty.  Recently the awning material split along a seam.  We notified North County Deck, who contacted Abbott and arranged to have the awning picked up and repaired.  Today (11/19/2014) a team from Abbott Awnings reinstalled the awning and ensured it worked properly.  There was no charge to us.  Though Abbott Awnings has new owners since we purchased the awning, they have retained their commitment to customer service.  We will be glad to purchase from them in future.

"They came out to our house to install the shades. They had to come back a couple of times. The first time was for measurement, the second to confirm measurement, and the third time was to install the shades. They helped us with 19 windows, did a great job, and I'd recommend them to anyone!"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Marty showed up on time for estimate and on-time for all work.  Marty was on-site almost the entire time, ensuring all details were handled and that work was thorough.  Crew was talented and paid very nice attention to detail.  Clean-up was very good and all adjacent surfaces were covered and protected from spills.  Windows were all taped and covered with plastic as well and all cut-ins were done very professionally.  I would hire Three Star again.  Consdering them for my interior when ready."

"From the first phone call to the office to get an estimate, to when the estimator came out to bid the job, to when the Forman came out to confirm the work that needed to be done, to the first day the crew showed up to start the job the process was professional and smooth. I would not only recommend Foothill Painting, I would use them again! I was very happy with the attention to detail and the good job Foothill Painting did. The preparation, patching and paint job was done well and the stucco repair matched the existing stucco real well. The Forman took his time to help us and make sure we choose the right colors for the house. It is apparent these guys take pride in their job! (rare these days) As with any large job there will be things you notice a week or two later that need to be touched up. All it took was a phone call to the office and one of the original crew members came out to take care of every request. Not only was everything done to my expectations, it was done with a smile and great attitude! Foothill Painting-Highly Recommended!!!"
