"Ben did some remodeling for our house in 2017. He was clear about the necessary steps and was dependable. He showed up when he said he would, and the work was finished on time and on budget which is very rare for contractors. He also provided thoughtful solutions to an outdoor drainage issue we had in our older home. A couple of years later we also hired him to do flooring at my relative's house, and he again completed the work on time and on budget with his team. "I had this problem about 4 months ago, my old windows used to let in a lot of cold during winter and heat in the summer, keeping them clean was always a hassle because of the worn out frames. The material had really reached the end of its life. After the team from Expert Home Builders finished replacing them with the new ones, the difference is amazing!!! The house feels so much more comfortable and daily maintenance is super easy. The windows also look really modern with wooden frames that feel solid and built to last.
