"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. "After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends.
