I own and operate a dumpster rental service that currently provides 17 Yard Dumpsters, and will soon provide 40 Yard Dumpsters and 10 Yard Dumpsters (lowboys) by the end of 2025. I also offer junk removal for property clean outs if you'd like us to handle the labor. Tree removal is another included service we offer.\n\nThis business was created in order to help a non-profit organization (Water Drop LA). A portion of all proceeds go towards helping the organization continue its operation.

Customers say: True professional

"We hired McCormick to remodel our master bathroom, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Khaled guided us through everything, and his team was skilled and respectful. They handled the job efficiently, stayed within budget, and kept our home tidy. Now, our bathroom feels like a relaxing oasis, with high-quality finishes and a modern touch we love. McCormick’s attention to detail really made the difference, and I’d gladly hire them for future remodels. This experience was everything we hoped for."

"Dale was truly amazing. He mounted both TVs with expertise and efficiency. Prior to coming, he was careful to gather details--there was a bathroom behind one wall, he made sure that no water lines were impacted. He provided a quote within hours of our discussion. He texted on scheduled day about his arrival time (he arrived early!). Upon arrival, he put shoe coverings over his shoes, he placed cover on the floor where the TV's were being mounted, he made sure all was cleaned up. He has a calm courteous genial manner, a good sense of humor, and he is open to suggestions and questions. Dale has an intuitive knack--with his hands/tools/particular project--he makes it look easy, when it is anything but that. Dale is conscientious and detailed oriented, He ensures customer satisfaction and high quality work product."

Hauling questions, answered by experts

It’s not difficult to dispose of wood pellet ash, but you should always let it cool completely before disposal to avoid it sparking a fire. If you’ve got an energy-efficient pellet stove, there shouldn’t be much to empty from the ash box, anyway. However, once the ash has cooled, you might consider composting it or simply adding it to your garden or plant soil. The ash is full of minerals, not chemicals, so it’s a wonderful fertilizer for grass and plants.

This depends on where you live, but in most cases, it goes in the trash rather than your household recycling since it contains toxic chemicals that standard recycling centers cannot dispose of safely. Some designated recycling centers will take it if they have the necessary equipment to break it down. The manufacturer may offer a recycling program with a designated drop-off site as well.

Many contractors include debris hauling, or you can recycle concrete for eco-friendly disposal.

Yes, a toilet is considered construction debris or construction waste by definition in many states. Toilets are bulky, heavy items that generally cannot be thrown out with regular household trash, and many waste management providers will not pick up a toilet unless it’s part of a scheduled bulk trash pickup service.

If you have a construction company on-site carrying out demolition or construction, the company will often include language in your contract about who is responsible for post-construction cleanup and brick disposal. If you’re responsible, you’ll have to hire a junk removal company or haul the material to a local recycling facility yourself. Double-check your contract before signing to see which party is responsible.
