During the process we discovered a lot of wood rot on some major beams on the deck. Vincent without complaining about the unexpected work replaced all these beams and did a wonderful job. "I hired Norm to do my garage cabinets and it is a decision that I regret. He showed up late repeatedly and he works by himself. His work is very unpolished and he does not pay attention to details AT ALL. He builds the cabinets from scratch right on the spot. When he first showed up, the materials were already scratched and scuffed up. He also parked his truck in my driveway and it leaked oil all over my pavers, that I had to clean up every day after he left. The edges of my cabinets were starting to peel before he even finished the job. He was supposed to provide additional shelves for our shoe rack and he has not provided them after several calls and almost nine months. I feel compelled to let it be known to others looking to hire him. I wish I had hired someone else. He is a nice guy, but he is not a good businessman."
