Miller Building Company did a kitchen remodel in 2018 and a master bath remodel in 2019. Tim Miller is fabulous to work with, excellent with communications on what work is being done on each day, and if any subcontractors will be working. He and his sub-contractors are polite, respectful, and clean up when they are done. My wife and I are very happy with the finished projects and how everything worked out. I recommend him completely.

Tim was easy to work with as were the tradesmen he brought in. I had no ill-feelings about leaving the house in his care. He also made good suggestions for vendors for cabinets (in a variety of price ranges) and tile.

Our experience with Tim Miller was exceptional. He communicated regularly with what was to be expected, when people would be coming in to do work or get city permit approvals. The people he uses are polite, professional, as clean as you could expect with a kitchen full of debris and drywall dust. Our project took about 4 weeks and it looks wonderful. It was completed in April, 2018. We recommend him highly.

Tim, the owner gave us an estimate in early November 2017. We highly recommend visiting a cabinet showroom since the original cabinets he showed us were less expensive but we did not like them. He then recommended we visit a Diamond cabinet showroom and eventually we chose their cabinets. When he started the remodel, he would inform us of what time he would arrive and what he was going to complete that day. At the end of the day, he would let us know what he planned to complete the next day. Whenever we had questions, he answered us promptly. He moves quickly and expects you to make a selection on items quickly. For instance, a few weeks into the project, he asked us to go to another showroom to look at countertop materials and make a selection. Tim installed the cabinets but hired contractors to complete the other work. For our kitchen remodel, we not only replaced the cabinets, countertop, sink and floor, we replaced a window, put in recessed lighting and added insulation to a few walls. He estimated the work would be done in three to four weeks. We started right after Thanksgiving and finished the weekend before Christmas. His price was reasonable, he finished on time, and we liked the quality of the completed project.

Rental property - Kitchen and bath were 70 years old.  Miller Construction had great ideas, gave me a clear vision of design and upgrades to be made.  Work was on time, did a great job of clean up each day, I didn't have to be there to oversee the job - they knew what they were doing.

This was not the first job they did for me - they also remodeled my kitchen at home while we were traveling out of the country!  They took the time to find the right cabinets for us, gave us great ideas to improve flow, since I wasn't there to watch (probably best!), I trusted them to proceed with the work. Everything was beautiful when I returned

Tim arrived right when he said he would and he was very quick and professional with his work. He is very good at problem solving when something unexpected comes up, as it often does in working with older homes. Because of his attention to detail and his respect for his customers wishes he does the job like you would do it, if you knew how and were inclined to, which I definitely was not. I was very pleased with his work and his work ethic and will definitely use him again

Was completed quickly and professionally. Tim was able to make changes to our liking without incurring any additional cost.

Very well very satisfied with work

They said that the work would be completed within three days but it took over a week which was nearly ten days. The bathroom looks great but my experience was different. I was satisfied with how the bathroom came out but was not satisfied with how the service was rendered. Sometimes the crew would show up at different times and one day they did not show up at all. Their pricing was reasonable but I would not recommend them to anybody.

Tim is very good at what he does if I could give him a 10 I would. Very patient with us, extremely helpful in solving any design issues we had. He spent a great deal of time searching for the perfect cabinets, which we love, the kitchen was finished on time. I would say within budget, but we kept adding to the project. Lol. We will definitely use him again.

Tim Miller demolitioned our old kitchen cabinets (old bleached oak particleboard) and then he installed new Maple Spice Hardwood cabinets. What I appreciated is that he ordered the cabinets that would maximize the most space in the kitchen. After installation of the cabinets was done, the Granite countertops were installed by his crew of 3 granite guys. The crew did a great job, they were very good and I like how you could barely see the seams, because I've been in a lot of kitchens where the seamwork on granite is very noticeable, so I appreciated their attention to detail on this. I liked working with Tim and his crew and have since used him on other projects too.
