Despite the uneven floor, he concluded that the house did not need any foundation repair and that the uneven floor was caused by imperfections of the concrete.slab. He spent a lot of time in my house and provided an objective assessment of the house foundations not influenced by considerations of personal advantage. He provided unbiased recommendations about how to improve the floor leveling. I was very impressed by his professional ethics and technical knowledge. I did not like his ideas and did not like how they threw out the dollar amount for the project without knowing what I wanted to do. They are good, but it just did not work for me.

"the price was negotiable, was a little over my budget but for the quality of the work. I can see why it was the price it was. I have to keep in mind my house isn't not small, so they square footage that is already existing PLUS the addition, made it a lot bigger. I like that the workers were here constantly. Even through out inspections, once it was passed they continued to work. The foreman was also great and would constantly inform me about the stages that were going to come next. As far as the office, i cannot complain. Any concerns i had were resolved right away, and I had constant communication from the coordinator and the accounting side, along with a young lady that would come every week to check up and make sure the job was being ran properly.
