The technician, Helber Moreno, phoned ahead, was prompt. Began work immediately to analyze the problem, informed me what he found, and proceeded to fix it. And very personable. I'd use this company again for anything to do with window treatments.

I had a great experience with Pro Window Covering. They came out to repair several of my wood blinds and did an excellent job. Our technician, Helber, did an excellent job of explaining what was needed and why, and even gave us a less expensive repair option for one of the blinds. The total came under what I had budgeted for the job, and Helber was fast and efficient. I would recommend this company for sure.
